Commercial or Industrial NGV Facility	Customer Charge Distribution Cost Of Gas	$100.15 per month. $0.100000 per hundred cubic feet (CCF). $0.59408 per hundred cubic feet (CCF). The Cost of Gas will be established two times per year. The Winter Season Rate will be effective for billings rendered to customers during the months of November through the following March and shall be the November through March NYMEX Strip. The Summer Season Rate will be effective for billings rendered to customers during the months of April through October and shall be the April through October NYMEX Strip.
